Preparation instructions

Drink

In a shaker, thoroughly mix 50 g (approx. 4 heaped tablespoons) of protein powder with 300 ml of warm water or warm plant-based milk.

Porridge

In a larger bowl, thoroughly mix 50 g (approx. 4 heaped tablespoons) of protein powder with 150 ml of warm water or warm plant-based milk.* Garnish the porridge with fresh fruit, nuts or seeds.

*You can adjust the consistency of the porridge by varying the amount of water added.

Recommended dosage

1–2 servings daily*

*1 serving = 50 g powder (approx. 4 heaped tablespoons)

Tento výrobek je univerzální v tom, že si z něj můžete udělat nápoj, nebo kaši, podle toho, jakým množstvím vody naředíte. Já využívám hlavně jako kaši ke snídani, nebo svačině, kterou můžete doplnit různým ovocem, semínky a výborně Vás zasytí na celé dopoledne. A kakaós-banános-steviás után merészen megrendeltem a kakakós-kókuszos változatot is, de már nagy kiszerelésben. Nagyon ízlik! Kellemesen kakaós, a pici kókuszdarabkákra jó néha rárágcsálni, és pont kellemesen édes is. Ez is bejött!
