Preparation instructions

Drink

In a shaker, thoroughly mix 50 g (approx. 4 heaped spoonfuls) of protein powder with 300 ml of warm water or warm plant-based milk.

Porridge

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix 50 g (approx. 4 heaped spoonfuls) of protein powder with 150 ml of warm water or warm plant-based milk.* Garnish the porridge with fresh fruit, nuts, or seeds.

*You can adjust the thickness of the porridge by varying the amount of water added.

Recommended dosage

1–2 servings per day*

*1 serving = 50 g powder (approx. 4 heaped spoonfuls)

Dnes jsem poprvé vyzkoušela tuto bewiťáckou dobrotu a musím říct, že opravdu naprosto boží chuť. 👍😉 Vůbec jsem neměla hlad několik hodin a ani chuť na sladké, nebo kávu, což mě občas přepadne.

Mile mě překvapila chuť proteinu. Čekala jsem takový ten typický „umělý ocas“, který se tady naštěstí nekoná. Dobře se v shakeru rozmíchává, jen přidávám více vody, aby nebyl tak moc hustý. Místo snídaně mi vyhovuje. Nenadýmá, není po něm těžko ani divně od žaludku, složení supr, není moc sladký, což vnímám jako velké plus. Zkusim další příchutě a taky z něj udělat kaši.

Chutná a tento napoj je tak dobrý, že se dá při piti i kousat. Jsem z něj unesený. Někdy si do něj dávám i syrovátku. Piji ho po cvičeni jako doplněni energie a také pro narůst svalové hmoty. Ale i bez syrovátky je tento napoj fajn a prostě skvěly.

Proteinový nápoj si připravuju se studenou vodou v shakeru. Přidávám si k němu spirulinu v prášku. Zasytí mě minimálně na 2h, podle zátěže. Jsem méně unavená, méně hladová a celkově funguju tak nějak lépe :) Myslím, že i na redukci váhy bude mít tento nápoj vliv. Můžu srovnávat i s dalšími výrobci proteinových nápojů a myslím, že je to i náhrada vyvážené stravy, byť to výrobce nezmiňuje v popisu produktu. V mém případě nahradí jedno denní jídlo a to plnohodnotně. Není zbytečně přeslazený a opravdu dobře chutná. Moc se těším na další příchutě :)

Ten napój proteinowy to istny raj dla podniebienia. Smakuje obłędnie. Zastępuje posiłek kiedy jestem zabiegana albo tworzę z niego przekąskę gdy mam ochotę na coś słodkiego. Wystarczy banan, dwie łyżki tego proszku, łyżka mleka kokosowego i woda. Smacznego :)

Uvádíte podivné dávkování. 4 lžíce? Snad moca lžičky, nebo čajové, kávové? Používám odměrku od jiného produktu a 2 odměrky k přípravě nápoje bohatě stačí. 4 polévkové lžíce na 1 dávku by byly asi na kaši. Jako snídaně je to vyhovující. Nedělá hrudky jako některé konkurenční produkty. Chuť jsem očekával lepší, kaši jsem nezkoušel. Zasytí minimálně na 3 hodiny. Šejkr je postačující na 1 dávku a asi zatím nejlepší oproti konkurenčním. Není potřeba používat k rozmíchání nápoje vidličku nebo pod. pomocníky.
