Preparation instructions

Drink

In a shaker, thoroughly mix 50 g (approx. 4 heaped tablespoons) of protein powder with 300 ml of warm water or warm plant-based milk.

Porridge

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix 50 g (approx. 4 heaped tablespoons) of protein powder with 150 ml of warm water or warm plant-based milk.* Garnish the porridge with fresh fruit, nuts or seeds.

*You can adjust the consistency of the porridge by varying the amount of water added.

Recommended dosage

1–2 servings per day*

*1 serving = 50 g powder (approx. 4 heaped tablespoons)

Proteinový drink používam ako raňajkovú kašu. Veľmi mi vyhovuje chuťovo a samozrejme zloženie je TOP! Ráno potrebujem rýchle a teplé raňajky a zároveň- bez laktózy. Toto je produkt,ktorý mi rána výrazne uľahčuje. Pridám ešte mango a kokos, ovocie podľa toho aké mám. Niekedy nepridávam nič. Aj tak chutí výborne. Určite vyskúšajte,dá sa kúpiť aj malé balenie – aj ja som tak začínala a teraz už objednávam tieto veľké.

Tento ananasový proteinový nápoj je chuťově naprosto vynikající. Měla jsem velkou objednávku a čekalo se na dodání tohoto výrobku, už vím proč. Dosud jsem měla z těchto proteinových nápojů jahoda, mango a arónie, černý rybíz, které jsou také výborné, ale tohle je naprostá pochoutka.

Chutia mi všetky proteinové nápoje od Bewit, ktoré som vyskúšala, ale tento je najchutnejší. Fakt vyvážená chuť. Dávam si ho vždy, keď nestíham raňajky, či už ho vypijem pri práci s klientom alebo si ho zoberiem so sebou a vypijem niekde po ceste. Zasýti a zostanem po ňom plná energie.
