Preparation instructions

Drink

Thoroughly mix 50 g (approx. 4 heaped tablespoons) of protein powder with 300 ml of warm water or warm plant-based milk in a shaker.

Porridge

Thoroughly mix 50 g (approx. 4 heaped tablespoons) of protein powder with 150 ml of warm water or warm plant-based milk in a large bowl.* Garnish the porridge with fresh fruit, nuts, or seeds.

*You can adjust the thickness of the porridge by varying the amount of water added.

Recommended dosage

1–2 servings per day*

*1 serving = 50 g powder (approx. 4 heaped tablespoons)

Napój białkowy kakao z kokosem z suszonym sokiem trzcinowym, BIO

To białko ma przyjemny, delikatnie kakaowy smak z wyczuwalną nutą kokosa i nie jest przesadnie słodki. Dobrze sprawdza się jako szybka przekąska po treningu lub w ciągu dnia, kiedy potrzebuję czegoś pożywnego. Duży plus za składniki BIO i suszony sok z trzciny cukrowej. Doskonale nadaje się też do pracy jako drugie śniadanie, mleko roślinne i owocki do tego albo pieczone jabłuszka z cynamonem cejlońskim z bewit. Miodzio!!!!
