Preparation instructions

Drink

In a shaker, thoroughly mix 50 g (approx. 4 heaped tablespoons) of protein powder with 300 ml of warm water or warm plant-based milk.

Porridge

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix 50 g (approx. 4 heaped tablespoons) of protein powder with 150 ml of warm water or warm plant-based milk.* Garnish the porridge with fresh fruit, nuts or seeds.

*You can adjust the thickness of the porridge by varying the amount of water added.

Recommended dosage

1–2 servings per day*

*1 serving = 50 g powder (approx. 4 heaped tablespoons)

A karobos lett a kedvencem az összes proteinital íz közül. Imádnivalóan karobos és megfelelően gyümölcsös, az illata is fincsi. Ez az az íz amiből megveszem a nagyobb kiszerelést, mert bármikor jól fog esni elfogyasztani. Kellően eltelített és másnap reggel sokkal könnyebbnek éreztem a gyomrom ettől a könnyű rostos tápláléktól. Nagy öröm számomra ennek a termékkörnek a megjelenése és elérhetősége.

Pred mesiacom som hľadala nejaké proteinové nápoje, ktoré chcem vyskúšať pre spevnenie zdravia. Keď som robila objednávku v Bewit, v tom prišlo, že majú novinku. Práve pre mňa, to čo hľadám. Hneď som si objednala 3 menšie balenia, každé z inou príchuťou. Môžem hodnotiť, že všetky sú veľmi jemné a chutné a už idem objednávať veľké balenie. Myslím, že nápoj prospeje všetkým, nielen športovcom.
