Preparation instructions

Drink

Thoroughly mix 50 g (approx. 4 heaped tablespoons) of protein powder with 300 ml of warm water or warm plant-based milk in a shaker.

Porridge

Thoroughly mix 50 g (approx. 4 heaped tablespoons) of protein powder with 150 ml of warm water or warm plant-based milk in a large bowl.* Garnish the porridge with fresh fruit, nuts, or seeds.

*You can adjust the consistency of the porridge by varying the amount of water added.

Recommended dosage

1–2 servings per day*

*1 serving = 50 g of powder (approx. 4 heaped tablespoons)

Proteinový nápoj jemný se stévií, BIO

Tato kaše je opravdu vynikající. Zkoušela jsem již kakaovou, též výborná, ale tato kaše je jemná, nepřevažují tam žádné výrazné chutě, ale přesto je moc dobrá. Zakoupila jsem ji na základě předešlé recenze, též s tím, že bude možné ji libovolně dochucovat, ale ona žádné dochucení ani nepotřebuje. Je sladká tak akorát, skvěle zasytí. Je dobrá též jako nápoj, ale jako kaše mi nejvíce připomíná z dávných dob krupicovou kaši. Takže klidně vyzkouším politou kokosovým olejem, kakao, skořice a dosladit něčím tělo přínosným. Není třeba tuto kaši dělat ani s rostlinným mlékem, voda postačí. Ochutnám postupně i další příchutě, stévie mi vyhovuje, ale myslím, že tato směs bude též moje nejoblíbenější. Děkuji tomu, kdo to tak dobře namíchal.

Již jsem vyzkoušela všechny příchutě, některé chutnaly více jiné méně, všechny do jedné jsou však skvělé. Proto jsem pak měla těžkou hlavu s výběrem té nej, abych si pořídila velké balení. Co se týče makroživin vyhrává kakao, co se týče pestrosti je to karob s rybízem a arónií. Verzi bez příchutě jsem zkoušela jako poslední, měla jsem trochu obavy, že bude taková nijaká a považovala jsem ji spíše za takovou „z nouze ctnost“. Nicméně mi tak trochu vytřela zrak, respektive chuťové pohárky… je totiž báječná! A stala se tedy i mým favoritem, jednak je cenově nejvýhodnější a umožňuje mi jistou variabilitu v dochucování. Prostě si do ní můžu přidat vždy tu ingredienci, na kterou mám právě chuť.
