Preparation instructions

Drink

Thoroughly mix 50 g (approx. 4 heaped tablespoons) of protein powder with 300 ml of warm water or warm plant-based milk in a shaker.

Porridge

Thoroughly mix 50 g (approx. 4 heaped tablespoons) of protein powder with 150 ml of warm water or warm plant-based milk in a large bowl.* Garnish the porridge with fresh fruit, nuts or seeds.

*You can adjust the thickness of the porridge by varying the amount of water added.

Recommended dosage

1–2 servings daily*

*1 serving = 50 g powder (approx. 4 heaped tablespoons)
