Cocoa beans – the irreplaceable base of all BEWITELLAs

The basis of all BEWITELLAs are 100% natural, organic RAW fermented unroasted cocoa beans. After sun-drying, they are shelled and crushed into nibs. These are then ground together with other ingredients in the gentlest way into a smooth mass.

Unroasted cocoa beans are a valuable source of vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, plant proteins, and high-quality cocoa butter. They naturally contain easily absorbable magnesium, organic sulphur, and effective antioxidants.

Gentle processing, 100% natural composition, and low temperatures during production – thanks to this combination, BEWITELLA retains the maximum natural enzymes and remains alive.

Untempered and with a patina on the surface

To preserve the quality of the RAW product, so-called tempering, which usually takes place at temperatures above 47 °C, is omitted during production. Cocoa and shea butter naturally form fine crystals without tempering, and some fats may rise to the surface of the product. The resulting patina is completely natural and does not affect the quality of the product.
