Pour 150 ml of warm plant-based milk or water over 2 heaping tablespoons of powder (50 g), stir, let it sit, and enjoy. The less liquid you add, the thicker the porridge will be.

Hned jak jsem v nabídce objevila tyto kaše, hned jsem si všechny objednala. Když mám na návštěvě vnoučata, vařím jim kaše k snídani, nic jiného už nechtějí. Tuhle kaši jsem zkusila, když jsem potřebovala něco rychlého. Mně kaše chutnala, děti se nejdřív zarazily, karob je pro ně neznámá chuť, ale nakonec chutnalo. Přidala jsem trochu rozinek, ale ty přidávám vždycky. Kaše chia a rozinky měla taky úspěch, možná i větší.

Hneď ako sa dali kaše do predaja som ich musela vyskúšať. Doteraz som si kupovala proteinový nápoj ananás a robila som si kašu z neho. Raňajková kaša karob a kakao má veľmi príjemnú chuť. Mne veľmi chutí. Úplne super zloženie bez zbytočnej chémie,konzervantov a aróm. Cena tiež super. Som veľmi spokojná.
