Právě teď nejčerstvější zkušenost. V noze🙈 mě chytla křeč já přece křeče nemám, co teď. Lidi už vím co to je a je to fakt strašný. Nic nepomohlo, až olej Mucra. Dobelhala 😂jsem se ke svému kufru s eterickymi oleji, vytáhla EO Mucra, tři kapky na to místo bolesti. Neředěný, vmasirovala a fakt nekecám… okamžitá úleva. Jako fakt! To je pecka!

Egy jó ideje már nem tudtam futni, mert mindig megfájdult a térdem és a sípcsontom. Hiába szedtem porcerősítőt, már nem használt. Nemrég kipróbáltam a Mucra és a Nopa olajokat. Bemelegítés előtt 1–2 cseppel bekenem a térdem és a sípcsontom környékét, majd „lezárom“ egy kis Sport Relax olajjal. Ismét élvezem a futást, nem fáj a térdem, sem közben, sem utána. Köszönöm Bewit!
