Inhalation
Drip 3–5 drops of the essential blend into the diffuser or inhalation stick.
Massage
Mix one drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil and gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body.
PERFUME
Mix 1 drop of essential oil with 10 ml of jojoba oil in a roll-on bottle.

man no.1 mám nově, ale už mi nahradil jiné parfémy, a stal se mým oblíbeným. Za pomoci látky ředící EO ve vodě si z něj hned dělám parfém, který budu denně používat. Je skvělý!

Én ezt úgy iktatom be a férjem számára, hogy mikor kér egy hát/nyak/váll/fej masszázst, akkor ezzel kenem be az ujjbegyeimet és ezzel masszírozom át. Leginkább munkaidőben home office során, délután jön a friss illata miatt, hogy ez hatásos lesz számára, felfrissül és jobban tud koncentrálni. Mellesleg nekem is jól esik közben aromatikusan, rám is hat.
