Methods of use

Inhalation

Put 3–5 drops of the essential blend into the diffuser or inhalation stick.

Massage

Mix one drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil and gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body.

Poultice

Mix one drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil, rub the chest area, apply a moist and impermeable layer, and leave on.

Když se o mě pokouší nějaký moribundus nakapu Breath do difuzéru a také inhaluju v tyčince. Navíc pomáhá při nachlazení a zmírňuje kašel. Prostě přináší okamžitou úlevu a průběh nemoci je kratší, nebo i včasnou aplikací zažehnán.

Má dcera měla 1. měsíc, kdy jsme skončili v nemocnici a po propuštění jsme si obě donesly domů strašlivou rýmu. Dcera byla ještě malinké miminko a nemohla dýchat a měla k tomu i zadní rýmu, kterou nešlo vyléčit déle jak 4 měsíce a nepomohly ani žádná antibiotika. Byli jsme zoufalí protože v noci mi spoustu krát nemohla dýchat a neustále se dusila. Hleny nešly vysát odsávačkou a začala jsem být už neklidná. Pak nám terapeutka doporučila EO Breath. Byla jsem naprosto skeptická po tom, čím jsme si prošli, ale za 14 dní zázrak. Zadní rýma a veškeré respirační problémy zmizely. Tento olejíček je naprostý zázrak. Již mám doma 3ks a mám ho všude sebou. Breath forever. 😎
