Methods of use

Inhalation

Put 3–5 drops of the essential blend into the diffuser or inhalation stick.

Bath

Mix 3–5 drops of the essential blend with three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap, stir into a water-filled bath.

Skin and body care

Gently massage the serum of 1 drop of the essential mixture and 30 ml of cosmetic oil into the skin or skin, or massage the whole body.

Gold Moisturising dodaję do pielęgnacji twarzy i ciała. Dodaję kropelki do kremu, albo wieczorem do oleju. Ostatnio zrobiłam sobie maskę z miodu na dłonie i dodałam kilka kropli tego olejku. Dłonie były jak jedwab.

Moje citlivá pleť vždy přes zimu trpí suchostí. Zakoupila jsem tento EO a přidala kapku do jojobového oleje a pro podporu ještě trochu ricinového. Používám ráno po hydrataci hydrolátem. Již nyní vnímám zlepšení, pleť mě při koupání v bazénu vždy velmi nepříjemně pnula a musela jsem obličej namazat i v průběhu koupání, nyní je to mnohem lepší a pleť mě nyní při začátku topné sezóny nepne. Jsem zvědavá, jaké to bude až začne mrznout, kdy to bylo vždy nejhorší. Těším se!
