How to properly sprout lentil seeds in a sprouting jar

First, thoroughly rinse the lentil seeds several times with cold water, which activates them. Then pour them into a sprouting jar, cover with cold water, and leave horizontally for 24 hours. Afterwards, drain the water, rinse the seeds again, and place the jar in a sprouting stand with the lid facing downwards so that excess water can drain freely. During sprouting, rinse the seeds at least twice a day and always return the jar with the lid facing downwards. Sprout at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. The first sprouts will appear within a few days, and they are ready for direct consumption in approximately 4–6 days.
