cleanses the whole body. It has numbing
effects, harmonises digestion and calms
breathing. It will uplift you and give you an energy.
Mankind has known it for more than 2000 years. Even the ancient Chinese used
it to freshen breath, clean teeth, and care
for gums. Suitable for the „oil pulling“ method –
diluted in fractionated coconut oil.
Thanks to its antioxidant, astringent, and
cleansing properties, it is an excellent aid for
mature and problematic skin. After a stay in a
public pool, sauna or gym, you can apply cloves diluted in carrier oil around
the nail bed, on the soles of the feet or between the fingers and toes.
It scents the air in the room, neutralises unpleasant odours
and creates a cosy atmosphere. Repels troublesame
insects.
Its warming energy will support you in moments of increased
stress and mental exhaustion. It will uplift your
spirit, provide a sense of certainty and security, and promote
restful sleep.
Due to its high content of eugenol, essential clove oil must be handled with
great caution. It is not intended for long-term use, and before
applying it to the skin, it is important to first dilute it in a carrier oil,
and at a low concentration. Its use is not recommended during pregnancy and
breastfeeding.
Bud or leaf
Clove essential oil is obtained by steam distillation of the buds or leaves.
Essential oils obtained in this way have similar effects, but differ in scent.
While the essential oil from the buds has a stronger, sweeter and more intense
scent, the oil from the leaves has a more delicate, fresh and herbal
character.

Methods of use
Inhalation
Put 3–5 drops of essential oil into the diffuser or inhalation stick.
Massage
Gently massage the area of discomfort, the soles of the feet or the whole
body with a mixture of one drop of essential oil and 50 ml of carrier oil.
Poultice
Mix one drop of essential oil with 50 ml of carrier oil, rub on the
problematic area, apply a moist and impermeable layer and leave on.

no batch of a single essential oil will ever be 100% identical
to the previous one. This inevitable natural variability means that even our
final essential oil blend may vary slightly in its aromatic notes or
intensity. These subtle nuances are, however, proof of the
product’s authenticity and natural composition, not a sign of
reduced quality. We always follow a precise recipe and use the highest quality
ingredients. The quality of CTEO® allows for all common
aromatherapy applications. However, it is always necessary to respect the
principles of safe use and not to exceed the
recommended dosage of essential oils.
A sensitivity test is recommended before
application to the skin. (Try a small amount of essential oil diluted according
to the carrier oil formula on the wrist. This is how you find out if the mixture
suits you.) Children are extremely sensitive to the effects of
essential oils, so it is essential to always consult a specialist and take
special care when using them. Sensitive and chronically
ill individuals, pregnant and nursing women should also always consult
a certified aromatherapist or physician when using a blend. Anyone with
persistent feelings of discomfort should do the same. Great caution is also
required if animals are in the vicinity during your inhalation. They need to be
given time to leave the room.
