Multiple cinnamon trees
Although our cinnamon tree essential oils are derived from plants of the same genus, their scents differ. The aroma of Cinnamon Lawang (Cinnamomum culilawan) has smoky notes and Kassia (Cinnamomum cassia) is spicier. The aroma of the essential oil from the bark of the Ceylon cinnamon tree (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) is slightly fresher and from its leaves herbal.
Careful with the cinnamon
Although the effects of cinnamon essential oil are beneficial, it is not intended for breastfeeding and pregnant women, young children under 2 years of age or people with high blood pressure. Also avoid application to hypersensitive, diseased or injured skin. Use the solution on the skin up to a maximum concentration of 1%.

Methods of use
Inhalation
Drip 3–5 drops of essential oil into the diffuser or inhalation stick.
Massage
Mix 3–5 drops of essential oil and three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap thoroughly into the water-filled bath.
Poultice
Mix one drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil, rub the chest area, apply a moist and impermeable layer, and leave on.

EO Skořice list jsem objednala rovnou 15ml, protože miluji aroma skořice. Sice mám raději kůru, list je jemnější. Používám zatím v solné lampě s pomerančem a hřebíčkem, a také jsem si vyrobila osvěžovač vzduchu (destilka, bílý ocet, EO), kde byla skořice list jednou z převažujících EO, protože mě uklidňuje a přispívá k vánoční atmosféře. 🎄✨🎁😄

Má aktuální zkušenost s tímto úžasným olejem – „voňavé“ boty 😀 Asi to každý známe. Dceři se hodně potí nožky, do toho běhání v dešti a voňavé boty, kde bují různé plísně a bakterie jsou na světě. Boty normálně peru, ale ani praní moc nezabírá. Nakapala jsem tedy pár kapek olejíčku na papírový kapesník, vložila do bot a nechala v nich přes noc. Pokud boty zrovna nenosí, klidně je v botech nechávám a ukládám je takto do botníku. Po zápachu ani památky, botky jsou voňavé a díky olejíčků i bez bakterií a plísní. Jako bonus mám pak takto provoněný celý botník i předsíň.

Od jakiegoś czasu jestem absolutnie zakochana w Cynamonie, liściu. Ku mojemu zaskoczeniu ma on inny zapach niż ten z kory, ale ja uwielbiam ten zapach. Działa na mnie uspokajająco i rozluźniająco. Kiedy go wącham czuje jak moje ciało puszcza napięcia, rozluźnia się kark, spowalnia oddech :) hmnn i jest tam nadal wyczuwalna nuta świątecznego piernika, ale nie tak oczywista i wyraźna jak w cynamonie z kory. Lubię eksperymentować z tym zapachem i łączyć go z innymi zapachami np Lawendą, Rozmarynem czy Cytryną, ale nie tylko. Nie kieruję się przy tym żadnymi wytycznymi typu nuta głowy czy serca a moją potrzebą chwili. Czasem wyjdzie mi fajny zapach a czasem mniej fajny, ale zawsze wiem, że te olejki wspierają moje zdrowie, psychikę i potrzebę upiększania życia. Uwielbiam je

Rada by som sa podelila o skúsenosť s EO Škoricou (cassia). Stala sa mojím ochucovadlom k raňajkovým kašám. Nielen že mi kašu prevonia a ochutí, ale stala sa mojim sladidlom. Cukor do čajov, káv a kaší nepoužívam dlhodobo a tento „sladký“ objav ma veľmi potešil. Nemám istotu, či by to cítili tí, ktorí kaše sladia cukrom, ale kto nesladí určite doporučujem, ucíti rozdiel. Stačí na začiatok 1 kvapka a neskôr max 2 kvapky, je dosť silná. Dobrú chuť Bewiťáci 😊

bardzo mi sie podoba ten zapach, jest inny troszke od cynamonu przyprawy jaki kazdy zna, ale jest bardzo przyjemny. zrobilam z nim plyn do sprzatania kuchni. woda, lyzka alkololu, olejek cynamonowy i cytrynowy po kilka kropli. blaty sa blyszczace, a w calej kuchni pieknie pachnie. uzylam tych olejkow tez do umycia podlogi. piekny zapach i oczywicie antybakteryjne dzialanie. uwielbiam sprzatac z olejkami

A szent kenet olaja, amit valószínűleg Jézus is használt munkássága során. Természetesen Bewit❤ illóolajokkal készítem el, a kannabiszt pedig CBD-vel helyettesítem.
