Careful with the thuja
Although the effects of thuja essential oil are beneficial, do not use it during pregnancy, breastfeeding or with children. It is not suitable for seniors or individuals with epilepsy. May cause redness of the skin. Due to the high content of the neurotoxin thujone, strictly follow the recommended dilution and use it only for short periods.

Methods of use
Inhalation
Put 3–5 drops of essential oil into the diffuser or inhalation stick.
Massage
Gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body with a mixture of 3–5 drops of essential oil and 30 ml of carrier oil.

Ráda inhaluji esenciální oleje přímo z dlaní, ale s tímto olejem mi to vůbec, ale vůbec nejde. Do difúzéru se mi však hodí dokonale – vůně konejší, je v ní sladkost, pohlazení, klid… Celá místnost voní radostí a spokojeností. Užívám často před spaním.

Egyik kedvenc esti lefekvés előtt használt olajom. Mellkasra szeretem kenni. Első illatozásra édes, majd szépen kibontakozik kesernyés, kissé gyökérillatra hasonlító kellemes aromája. Nagyon jó immunerősítő, légút támogató. Ezidáig betegséget kerülve alkalmaztam még csak szerencsére. Számomra egy nyugis illat! :-)
