Inhalation

Drip 3–5 drops of the essential blend into the diffuser or inhalation stick.

Massage

Mix one drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil and gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body.

Bath

Mix 3–5 drops of the essential blend with three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap, stir into a water-filled bath.

➡️ Ak nestíhame dáme hneď ráno do dlaní 🤲 a nadychame sa a ešte kvapneme na papierovú vreckovku a položíme rovno pred klávesnicu- odtiaľ ho inhalujeme.

Léto, období grilování – Help GB pocitově trochu „neutralizuje“ letní hříchy dietetiky :). Ráda občas používám, i když se žlučníkem problémy nemám. A vřele doporučuji lidem, kteří si na něj stěžují. Ostatní výrobky na žlučník jsou často nedobré a hořké, toto je navíc příjemná varianta :)
