Single essential oils

Mam lawendę i lawendę kaszmir. I może tu Was zaskoczę ale wolę lawendę ! Jest to nieodłączny element mojej sypialni. Bardzo lubię ją dyfuzowac w sypialni i pokoiku dziecięcym. Lawenda dla mnie pełni mnóstwo funkcji. Jest to olejek który zawsze warto mieć ze sobą. Zdjęcie zamieszczone wyżej jest z samolotu. Jak smaruje córce nogi pogryzione przez komary ! Rozcieńczam to w oleju kokosowym na ręce i naniosłam na skórę nogi.

Lawendę przed spaniem rozcieńczam w olejku z migdałów i smaruje moim córkom (3 i 7) lat stopy. Uwielbiają te „ceremonię“ usypiania I wystawiają mi swoje strupki. :). Czasem też rozcienczony olejek skrapiamy w pępek dziewczynkom. Szczególnie jak widzę że miały dzień pełen emocji. Moja starsza nadstawia rękę żeby skropić jej kropelkę lawenda w środek dłoni. Wie jak wdychać licząc do 10ciu. Po czym zasypia. I o to chodzi. W tych zapachach spokojnie można zasnąć.

Obie lawendy są super. Lawenda Kashmir jest słodsza dużo. Ale mi bardziej pasuje jej wytrawna siostra :). Przy następnej promocji robię zapas :)
