Essential oil blends

Zakupiłam ten produkt bo tak szczerze bardzo nazwa mi się spodobała
Kupiłam je w promocji buy 1 get 1 free. Miały być na prezenty. Ale tak szczerze to tylko 1 poszedł na prezent a drugi sobie zatrzymałam. Bardzo podoba mi się zapach i stosuje go rano. Zapach jest tak silny że wystarczy odkręcić buteleczkę i wdychać prosto z niej. Albo krople na rękę i wdychać z ręki. Jest tam sporo fajnych olejków. Teraz próbuje zredukować ilość kofeiny. Piję kawę o połowę słabsza. A na wyjeździe zrezygnowałam z kawy, i ten olejek był tak jakby zamiast kawy. Kawa dla mnie to cała ceremonia. Taki „me time“ więc teraz biorę sobie ten olejek rano by pobudził mnie do życia. Zamykam oczy. I wdycham. Uśmiecham się przy tym bo chce żeby dzień był dobry :). On delikatnie pobudza ale nie drażni systemu nerwowego. Nazwa Life też mi się podoba. Bo przecież chodzi o to w życiu żeby żyć ,:)
