With this sesame oil, you can conjure up wonders, not only in Asian cuisine. Its pleasantly mild taste and aroma of sesame seeds will also complement vegetable salads, hummus and baked and unbaked desserts.
For millennia, sesame seeds have been a very important food with strong religious connotations. Although they originated in sub-Saharan Africa, they were already familiar to the ancient Babylonians. And the ancient Chinese, who did not mind the supportive, gently warming effect of the sesame oil pressed from them.
Sesame oil is extracted from the seeds of the white Indian sesame (Sesamum indicum) by the most gentle method, cold pressing. The maximum content of vitamins, minerals and other beneficial substances is preserved in this way.
Sesame oil is typical for its pleasantly mild taste and aroma of sesame seeds. Traditionally it is used mainly in Asian cuisine, but it is also great in salads, dressings and for the final seasoning of dishes.

Cesnačka s goji? Prečo nie? Klasická cesnačka obohatená o strúhanú mrkvu,goji- kustovnica čínska. Krutony sú opražené na sezamovom oleji Bewit – pretože je pre mňa Top. Sezamové olej. Je jemnucky ako bábätko. Rada si ho pridám napr. do tejto jednoduchej mrkvovej polievky. Recept: Mrkva, cesnak, konopné semienka, mungo fazuľka, koriander. Pokrájanú mrkvu opražte na trochu slnečnicového Bewit oleja,zalejte vodou,pridajte soľ a trochu koriandru. Uvarte do mäkka a rozmixujte.Pridajte zvlášť uvarenú mungo fazuľku. Na tanieri pridajte konopné semienka a pokvapkajte sezamovym olejom Bewit.

Téli időszakban melegítő hatása miatt szívesebben használom hordozó olajként illókkal bemasszírozáshoz, ájurvéda elv szerint. Hajmosás előtt hajpakolásként is nagy részben ez kerül bázisolajként az illók hígításához. Belsőleg napi szinten fogyasztok egy teáskanállal belőle. Nagyon kellemes íze van. Kapszulába is zömmel ez kerül illók hígításához. Már alapolajként nyúlok hozzá, nagyon szeretem széleskörű hatásai miatt.

Sezamový olej používám každé ráno na výplach úst. Ze všech rostlinných olejů mi svými vlastnostmi vyhovuje nejvíce. Občas přidávám kapku DENTu nebo Himalájského cedru. Zároveň doporučuji i na masáže. Má dobrý skluz a příjemně se s ním pracuje. Pro mě v zimním období nedocenitelný pomocník.
