Preparation instructions

Drink

In a shaker, thoroughly mix 50 g (approx. 4 heaped spoons) of protein powder with 300 ml of warm water or warm plant-based milk.

Porridge

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix 50 g (approx. 4 heaped spoons) of protein powder with 150 ml of warm water or warm plant-based milk.* Garnish the porridge with fresh fruit, nuts, or seeds.

*You can adjust the thickness of the porridge by varying the amount of water added.

Recommended dosage

1–2 servings daily*

*1 serving = 50 g powder (approx. 4 heaped spoons)
