Cocoa beans – the irreplaceable basis of all prawteins

The basic ingredient of prawteins is 100% natural organic raw fermented unroasted cocoa beans. After sun-drying, these cocoa beans are husked and crushed into nibs. These are then ground with other ingredients into a uniform mass – the resulting prawtein, using the gentlest method to date.

Unroasted cocoa beans themselves are a significant source not only of a wide range of vitamins, minerals and valuable phytonutrients, but also of quality cocoa butter, plant proteins and effective antioxidants. In addition, such high-quality cocoa beans are the best natural source of a large amount of easily digestible magnesium and essential organic sulphur.

Extracts from sea algae and plant buds

ORGANIC RAW OMEGA COMPLEX enriches the prawtein's com­position with valuable, easily absorbable extracts from organically certified sea algae. These come from the west coast of Ireland, from the purest waters of the North Atlantic. Prawtein is still alive

Gentle handling, 100% natural ingredients and low processing temperatures. This is a combination in which prawtein retains the maximum amount of vital enzymes = it is still alive.

Evidence of this vitality can also be slight enzymatic changes in texture and aroma. And this is despite the fact that the composition of prawteins is completely unchanged… In nature, these changes are completely natural and desirable.

Every prawtein is completely safe. Naturally occurring antioxidants, a high proportion of quality fats and essential substances with preservative activity help it in this.

Untempered and with a patina on the surface

To comply with the principles of a RAW product, so-called tempering is omitted during production. This usually takes place at temperatures of around 47 °C and above. Cocoa butter then naturally forms relatively stable sharp-edged crystals, and partially released fat can rise to the surface of the product = a patina forms.

Each prawtein contains various ingredients that can colour the resulting patina in different shades. However, these are not a defect at all.

• Beige shades – superfoods such as Peruvian maca, carob, etc.
• Green shades – herbs (five-leaf gynostemma, stinging nettle, etc.), or sea algae (toothed wrack, Atlantic spirulina, etc.).
• And other colour shades, which vary depending on the individual types of prawteins.

Completely unique prawtein production

BEWIT® PRAWTEIN® products comply with all RAW principles – with the gentlest technology available today, we regulate the temperature of the production process so that it does not exceed 42 °C. This prevents the loss of valuable, heat-labile substances and naturally occurring enzymes = we do not unnecessarily degrade the final product.

We designed the composition of prawteins so that not a speck of stabilisers, colourings, fillers or other synthetic substances is needed. In development and production, we drew on the latest scientific knowledge, current scientific studies and procedures, as well as the experience of our ancestors. We also adhered to the principles of SPAGYRIA – perfect plant processing procedures that are normally unachievable.

An indispensable part are also the completely unique elements LIGHT ESSENCE and GOLD ESSENCE, in the production of which we use 24k gold. However, the exact production procedures are a trade secret of BEWIT®.

Dosage

One to two small (espresso) spoons three times a day. The neck of the bottle was chosen so that a spoon larger than an espresso spoon would not pass through it.

100 ml of Prawtein corresponds to approximately 110 g; depending on the recipe, this amount may vary slightly.

Once opened, consume within 3 months. Store in a dry place, protect from light and close the packaging carefully after each use.
