Reishi, the queen of vital mushrooms

Reishi, Ganoderma lucidum, is a wood-decaying fungus with a typical shiny reddish-brown cap growing on the wood of deciduous trees. In Asia, it is one of the most revered mushrooms. Traditional Chinese Medicine knows it as Ling Zhi, in Japan it is called reishi, and under this name, it is also popular in the Western world.

The fruiting body of reishi contains polysaccharides, including important beta-glucans, as well as triterpenoids, fibre, minerals, and other components. Reishi from the perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Take 3 capsules once a day. For optimal use, we recommend taking the capsules on an empty stomach.
