Do you want to maintain an active rhythm and give your body support during
movement, work, and travel?
Incorporate a mushroom complex into your day, created for everyone who
doesn't want to slow down unnecessarily. Move It Premium
BIO – a blend of mushroom extracts containing extracts from three types of
vital mushrooms in a precisely determined ratio, is ideal for everyone
who loves to move and wants to enjoy movement with ease and
always in shape.
The main mushroom in the blend is reishi, valued in Asian
tradition for supporting long-term vitality, inner balance, and conscious care
for the body. It is complemented by cordyceps, traditionally
associated with energy, endurance, and an active lifestyle, and
chaga, which is often associated with resilience, stability,
and the power of nature in traditional understanding.
Together, they form a blend for people who live
actively – they exercise, hike in the mountains, cycle, travel, work
out, or simply manage long days full of work and leisure activities. Move It
Premium BIO is suitable as part of a morning routine, a movement ritual, and
regular daily care during periods when the body is under more
strain.
The composition also includes BIO essential oil of lavender Gold
Essence, which complements the overall character of the product. The
practical form of plant-based vegan capsules makes it easy to
use. The small size No. 1 is easy to swallow, the capsules are compact and
easily portable, they already contain a precisely measured dose, and can be used
at home, at work, and while travelling.
The individual mushroom components in this blend are produced using the
dual extraction method. This has two phases. Water extraction
releases polysaccharides, including beta-glucans. Alcohol extraction helps to
obtain triterpenes and other valuable substances. The resulting broad-spectrum
extract retains the natural composition of the mushroom, but in a higher
concentration.
Each mushroom extract in the blend is standardised to the content of
beta-glucans and polysaccharides, which are among the valued
natural components of vital mushrooms and form their typical profile. This is
complemented by the content of triterpenes, adenosine, cordycepin, and
mannitol.
The raw materials for our vital mushroom products undergo thorough
laboratory testing on an ongoing basis. They have been tested
for active substance content, microbiology, pesticides, heavy metals, and other
undesirable compounds (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons – PAHs), and their
safety has been proven.
The BEWIT Premium range of BIO vital mushroom blends always emphasises
purity, the origin of raw materials, and precise processing.
The product is manufactured to certified BIO quality, without synthetic
additives and unnecessary excipients.
Move It Premium, BIO – a blend of mushroom extracts is created for

Laboratory-verified quality and transparency
We believe that trust begins with openness. That is why every batch of
mushroom extracts used undergoes thorough laboratory testing, which verifies
their quality, purity, safety, and content of key bioactive substances.
Among other things, microbiological harmlessness, content of heavy metals,
pesticides, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), and declared active
substances such as beta-glucans or triterpenes are controlled.
Reishi, the queen of vital mushrooms
Reishi, glossy ganoderma (Ganoderma lucidum), is a wood-decaying
fungus with a typical shiny reddish-brown cap growing on the wood of deciduous
trees. In Asia, it is among the most revered mushrooms.
Traditional Chinese medicine knows it as Ling Zhi, in Japan it is called reishi,
and under this name, it is also popular in the Western world.
The fruiting body of reishi contains polysaccharides, including important
beta-glucans, as well as triterpenoids, fibre, minerals, and other components.
These substances, many of which are the subject of scientific studies, are
behind the current interest in reishi in the field of functional
nutrition, biohacking, and longevity.
Reishi from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine
In traditional Chinese medicine, it is primarily associated with the
long-term cultivation of life force,
calm, and inner balance. Its nature is often
described as neutral to slightly warming and traditionally relates to the Heart
(Xin), Liver (Gan), and Lung (Fei) meridians. Ancient Chinese herbals ranked it
among rare substances.
From the perspective of TCM, the An Shen principle –
meaning „calming the Spirit“ – is often mentioned in connection with
reishi. In Chinese understanding, Shen represents consciousness, psyche, and
emotional grounding, which are closely related to the Heart and the quality of
Blood (Xue). Ling Zhi is therefore traditionally perceived as a mushroom of
subtle harmonisation that connects the care of Qi and inner peace. It is also
associated with the concept of Wei Qi, the protective energy of the
body, which, according to TCM, forms a natural shield against external
influences.

Why capsules
Capsules allow for convenient use and dosing, without demanding preparation,
measuring, or mixing. You can easily carry them and use them anywhere. For our
products, we use plant-based capsules suitable for vegans
in size 1 – smaller for easier swallowing.
What is a dual extract
Dual extracts are created by combining water and alcohol extraction, which
allows for a broader spectrum of naturally occurring bioactive substances
contained in mushrooms. While water extraction primarily focuses on
polysaccharides, including beta-glucans, alcohol extraction releases other
valuable components such as triterpenoids, sterols, and other bioactive
compounds.
Thanks to the combination of these two methods, a comprehensive extract is
created that respects the natural composition of the mushroom, but in a more
concentrated form with a higher proportion of health-benefiting substances and
better bioavailability. Our premium range of extracts is produced to certified
BIO quality, without the use of synthetic additives and without any unnecessary
excipients. We emphasise purity, the origin of raw materials, and gentle
processing to preserve the natural quality of this traditionally used
mushroom.
This product is a high-quality food supplement from natural sources with an
emphasis on purity, origin, and precise processing. The product does not contain
alcohol residues.
