Are you exposed to increased stress daily and want to maintain your inner
balance even in hectic times?
Support and harmonise your internal environment with the
blend of four vital mushrooms Help L Premium, BIO – a blend of mushroom
extracts. Its formula combines mushrooms traditionally used in Asian culture and
brings them into the modern world to help you cope with the unrelenting
pace of life.
The formula is based on the philosophy of traditional Chinese medicine, which
emphasises the harmony of vital energy Qi and the mutual
interplay of organ circuits. In this concept, the Liver (Gan)
and Spleen (Pi) meridians hold a particularly important place, traditionally
associated with inner balance, food processing, and the smooth flow of
energy.
The largest proportion in the blend is reishi, a traditional
Asian symbol of harmony and life force. Maitake connects
Eastern systems with nutrition, vitality, and overall balance, while
cordyceps is associated with vital energy, endurance, and the
preservation of inner strength. Poria is traditionally linked
with fluid management and the draining of dampness (Shi).
The blend is ideal if you have a demanding job, an irregular
daily routine, increased stress, or if you want to start paying
more attention to your lifestyle. It is formulated to support inner
balance and cleansing. It will also appeal to enthusiasts of
traditional Chinese medicine and vital mushrooms.
The combination of four carefully selected extracts in one thoroughly
considered composition means you don't have to combine several
different mushroom products. Furthermore, the formula allows for the targeted
use of the properties of individual mushrooms.
All mushroom extracts used are produced by the dual extraction
method. This has two phases. Water extraction releases polysaccharides,
including beta-glucans. Alcohol extraction helps to obtain triterpenes and other
valuable substances. The resulting broad-spectrum extract retains the natural
composition of the mushroom, but in a higher concentration.
Each extract in the blend is standardised for the content of
beta-glucans and polysaccharides, which are among the valued
natural components of vital mushrooms and form their typical profile,
complemented by the natural content of triterpenes and other valuable
substances.
Raw materials for BEWIT products containing vital mushrooms undergo thorough
laboratory testing on an ongoing basis. Their safety has been
proven in tests for active substance content, microbiology, pesticides, heavy
metals, and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs).
The premium range of vital mushroom blends emphasises
purity, the origin of raw materials, and precise processing.
The product is manufactured to certified organic quality, without synthetic
additives and unnecessary excipients. The composition also includes BIO lavender
essential oil Gold Essence, which underscores the overall
character of the blend.
Vegan capsules are a convenient option for use, as you don't
have to worry about preparing and measuring powder or mixing drinks. Capsules
allow for easy consumption, storage, and transport, and are easy to use not only
at home but also at work or when travelling. Our capsules are plant-based and
smaller size 1 for easier swallowing.
Four vital mushrooms, one formula, conscious care for inner

Laboratory-verified quality and transparency
We believe that trust begins with openness. That is why every batch of
mushroom extracts used undergoes thorough laboratory testing, which verifies
their quality, purity, safety, and content of key bioactive substances.
Among other things, microbiological safety, content of heavy metals,
pesticides, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), and declared active
substances such as beta-glucans or triterpenes are controlled.
Reishi, the Queen of Vital Mushrooms
Reishi, Ganoderma lucidum, is a wood-decaying fungus with a typical
shiny reddish-brown cap growing on the wood of deciduous trees. In Asia, it is
one of the most revered mushrooms. Traditional Chinese medicine
knows it as Ling Zhi, in Japan it is called reishi, and it is also popular under
this name in the Western world.
The reishi fruiting body contains polysaccharides, including important
beta-glucans, as well as triterpenoids, fibre, minerals, and other components.
These substances, many of which are subjects of scientific studies, are behind
the current interest in reishi in the field of functional nutrition,
biohacking, and longevity.
Reishi from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine
In traditional Chinese medicine, it is primarily associated with the
long-term cultivation of life force,
calmness, and inner balance. Its nature is
often described as neutral to slightly warming and traditionally relates to the
Heart (Xin), Liver (Gan), and Lung (Fei) meridians. Ancient Chinese herbal texts
ranked it among precious substances.
From the perspective of TCM, the An Shen principle –
meaning „calming the Spirit“ – is often mentioned in connection with
reishi. In the Chinese concept, Shen represents consciousness, psyche, and
emotional grounding, which are closely related to the Heart and the quality of
Blood (Xue). Ling Zhi is therefore traditionally perceived as a mushroom of
gentle harmonisation, which connects care for Qi and inner peace. At the same
time, it is often associated with the concept of Wei Qi, the protective
energy of the organism, which, according to TCM, forms a natural shield
against external influences.

Why capsules
Capsules are a practical form for convenient use and dosing, without the need
for preparation, measuring, or mixing. You can easily carry them and use them at
home or on the go, in daily hustle and bustle or in moments of calm. They can
easily become part of your daily routine without restricting you. For our
products, we use plant-based capsules suitable for
vegans, and in a smaller size 1 for easier
swallowing.
What is a dual extract
Dual extracts are created by combining water and alcohol extraction, which
allows for a broader spectrum of naturally occurring bioactive substances
contained in mushrooms. While water extraction primarily focuses on
polysaccharides, including beta-glucans, alcohol extraction releases other
valuable components such as triterpenoids, sterols, and other bioactive
compounds.
By combining these two methods, a comprehensive extract is created that
respects the natural composition of the mushroom, but in a more concentrated
form with a higher proportion of health-beneficial substances. Our premium range
of extracts is produced to certified organic quality, without the use of
synthetic additives and without any unnecessary excipients. We emphasise purity,
the origin of raw materials, and gentle processing to preserve the natural
quality of this traditionally used mushroom.
This product is a high-quality food supplement from natural sources with an
emphasis on purity, origin, and precise processing. The product contains no
alcohol residues.
