Do you struggle with an irregular drinking regime and are looking for a way
to bring more balance into your everyday life?
Incorporate Help K, ORGANIC – a blend of mushroom extracts – into your
day. This carefully considered blend of four vital mushrooms is based on the
traditional Chinese concept of life force, inner balance, and
management of bodily fluids. Even on days when demanding work,
many obligations, sports, and little time for regular drinking accumulate.
The complex is based on poria, which, according to
traditional Chinese medicine, influences fluid management, moisture removal, and
inner harmony, and cordyceps, traditionally associated with
life energy and vitality. These are supplemented by reishi,
known for promoting harmony and cultivating Qi life energy, and
maitake, a traditional mushroom for organism balance.
You will appreciate this blend if you live actively or
irregularly, often sweat during sports, or are trying to
establish a more balanced daily routine. It will also appeal to
you if you are interested in traditional Chinese medicine, natural food
supplements, and want to pay more attention to your drinking
regime, quality nutrition, and long-term self-care.
You don't have to combine several different mushroom products separately. The
Help K mushroom blend offers four carefully selected extracts in one,
thoroughly thought-out composition with a clearly defined formulation.
This allows for targeted use of the properties of individual mushrooms and
simplifies your daily routine.
All four mushrooms are produced using the dual extraction
method. This has two phases. Water extraction releases polysaccharides,
including beta-glucans. Alcohol extraction helps to obtain triterpenes and other
valuable substances. The resulting broad-spectrum extract retains the natural
composition of the mushroom, but in a higher concentration.
Each mushroom extract in the blend is standardised for the content of
beta-glucans and polysaccharides, which are among the valued
natural components of vital mushrooms and form their typical profile,
supplemented by the natural content of triterpenes and other valuable
substances.
Raw materials for BEWIT products containing vital mushrooms continuously
undergo thorough laboratory testing. Their safety has been
proven in tests for active substance content, microbiology, pesticides, heavy
metals, and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons – PAHs.
The premium range of vital mushroom blends emphasises
purity, the origin of raw materials, and precise processing.
The product is manufactured to certified ORGANIC quality, without synthetic
additives and unnecessary excipients. The composition also includes ORGANIC
lavender essential oil Gold Essence, which underlines the
overall character of the blend.
Vegan capsules are a convenient option for use, where you
don't have to worry about preparing and measuring powder or mixing drinks.
Capsules allow for easy consumption, storage, and transport, and are easy to use
not only at home but also at work or when travelling. Our capsules are
plant-based and smaller size 1 for easier swallowing.

Laboratory-verified quality and transparency
We believe that trust begins with openness. That's why every batch of
mushroom extracts used undergoes thorough laboratory testing, which verifies
their quality, purity, safety, and content of key bioactive substances.
Among other things, microbiological harmlessness, content of heavy metals,
pesticides, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), and declared active
substances such as beta-glucans or triterpenes are controlled.
Poria for balance, lightness, and a calm mind
Poria, or Poria cocos (also Wolfiporia extensa), is a
wood-decaying fungus from the Polyporaceae family, often
growing in the root systems of conifers. In traditional Chinese medicine, it is
known as Fu Ling, in Japanese as Bukuryo, and in English sources, you may also
encounter the name Hoelen.
Poria has a characteristic underground sclerotium, a compact
formation that can resemble a coconut – hence the Czech name pornatka
kokosová (coconut poria). Sclerotia can reach large sizes in nature. The fungus
originates from East and Southeast Asia and has been used in China for
over 2,000 years. It is also mentioned in traditional Chinese
herbals and is among the classic raw materials of traditional Chinese
medicine.
Poria is now gaining interest in the Western world, primarily due to its rich
content of bioactive substances, including pachymic acid, for
example. Modern research focuses on these substances in connection with immune
and metabolic processes, antioxidant effects, and the body's fluid
management.
Poria from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine
In traditional Chinese medicine, poria is known as Fu Ling.
Its nature is considered neutral, its taste sweet and bland. Traditionally, it
is primarily related to the Spleen (Pi), Kidney (Shen), and Heart (Xin)
meridians.
From the perspective of TCM, it is particularly valued in connection with the
body's fluid management and the removal of so-called Dampness
(Shi), which represents one of the traditional patterns of internal imbalance.
It is also associated with supplementing the Spleen Qi (Pi Qi) life energy,
harmonising digestion, and calming the Spirit (Shen). In the traditional
concept, it thus represents a mushroom of inner harmony, lightness, and
natural balance.

Why capsules
Capsules allow for convenient use and dosing, without demanding preparation,
measuring, or mixing. You can easily carry them and use them anywhere, at home
or while travelling, and anytime, in the morning rush or in moments of calm.
They can easily become part of your daily routine without restricting you. For
our products, we use plant-based capsules suitable for
vegans, and in a smaller size 1 for easier
swallowing.
What is a dual extract
Dual extracts are created by combining water and alcohol extraction, which
allows for a broader spectrum of naturally occurring bioactive substances
contained in mushrooms. While water extraction primarily focuses on
polysaccharides, including beta-glucans, alcohol extraction releases other
valuable components such as triterpenoids, sterols, and other bioactive
compounds.
By combining these two methods, a comprehensive extract is created that
respects the natural composition of the mushroom, but in a more concentrated
form with a higher proportion of health-benefiting substances. Our premium range
of extracts is produced to certified ORGANIC quality, without the use of
synthetic additives and without any unnecessary excipients. We emphasise purity,
the origin of raw materials, and gentle processing to preserve the natural
quality of this traditionally used mushroom.
This product is a high-quality food supplement from natural sources with an
emphasis on purity, origin, and precise processing. The product contains no
alcohol residues.
