Methods of use
Inhalation
Put 3–5 drops of the essential blend into the diffuser or inhalation stick.
Bath
Mix 3–5 drops of the essential blend with three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap, and stir into a water-filled bath.
Skin and body care
Massage the serum of five drops of essential oil and 30 ml of cosmetic oil gently into the skin, or massage the whole body.

Zdravím všechny. Celkem mne překvapilo, že zde ještě není žádná recenze na tento úžasný EO Gold Balance. Mám olejíčků už celkem hodně takových, které pomáhají s psychikou, ale tento je naprosto TOP pro osoby s vysokou citlivostí (HSP). Při přehlcení dokáže už i během krátké inhalace v difuzéru dovést do psych. rovnováhy. Já používám i do šperku. I tak pomáhá. Je prostě skvělý.
