Compared to classic incense burning on charcoal or in a censer, it gives you better control over the entire process. Operation is simple, so even beginners with no experience in incense burning can easily manage it. Simply place the incense on a piece of aluminium foil in the chamber, close the lid, and switch it on with the button. The heating coil will immediately heat the inserted incense to a high temperature.

Aromatic substances and fragrances will start to be released immediately – you'll smell them after just a few seconds. The coil activates at intermittent intervals, so the heat application is not continuous. This makes the incense burner gentler on incense that is prone to burning.

How to use the electric incense burner

• Fully charge the device before first use.
• Open the top cover.
• First, place a piece of aluminium foil in the chamber and then place a small amount of suitable incense on it.
• Close the top cover.
• Hold the on/off button for 2 seconds to switch on the device. When switched on, the green indicator light will illuminate.
• After approximately 2–3 seconds, smoke will begin to form, releasing in regular pulses.
• To switch off, hold the on/off button again for 2 seconds.

Protection Mode

After 2 minutes of continuous operation, it will automatically switch off. The device can be restarted manually after 30 seconds. The device does not switch on automatically; it does not run continuously.

Note

Using aluminium foil prevents the incense from burning out and the chamber from getting dirty, making it easier to clean and maintain.

Incense burning or essential oil diffusion?

Resins and essential oils have a number of common effects, but differ in many others.

Incense burning uses natural resins (frankincense, myrrh, and others), herbs (e.g., white sage, mugwort), woods (palo santo, spruce, etc.), or spices (cinnamon, cloves, pepper, etc.), which are heated on charcoal, in a censer, or in an electric incense burner.

Incense is characterised by a rawer, „live“, authentic fragrance with smoky notes. They provide fast and intense energetic cleansing of spaces and strong support for rituals, meditations, women's circles, or ceremonies. They are ideal for momentary purification, ceremonies, and sacred moments.

In contrast, essential oils will be useful when you need to gently and gradually scent spaces or are looking for a targeted aromatherapeutic effect.

Incense burner or aroma diffuser?

Just as essential oils and incense differ in purpose and method of use, there is also a difference between aroma diffusers and electric incense burners. The former are used for diffusing essential oils into the air, while the latter are for incense such as resins and other natural materials.

Unlike an ultrasonic diffuser, which uses ultrasound to create a cold mist from water and essential oil microparticles, an incense burner heats the heating coil and the incense.

While a diffuser can run for several hours, an incense burner does not run continuously for safety reasons. Our models automatically switch off after two minutes of operation. They can only be switched on again manually after a slight cooling, not sooner than 30 seconds.
