How to properly sprout broccoli seeds in a sprouting jar

First, rinse the seeds several times with cold water, place them in a sprouting jar, cover with cold water, and leave horizontally for 24 hours. Then drain the water, rinse the seeds again, and place the jar in a sprouting stand lid-down so that excess water can drain. During sprouting, rinse at least twice a day and always return the jar lid-down. Sprout at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Sprouts are ready to use in 4–6 days.
