Instructions:

Fry the rinsed buckwheat briefly in a tablespoon of hot oil. Add water – 2 parts of water to 1 part of buckwheat. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 10–15 minutes until soft. Season or further use as directed in your recipe, or enjoy it on its own, for example as a side dish.

Store in a dry and dark place. Store in a sealed container after opening.
