Chakras – energy centres for a harmonious life

According to traditional Indian teachings, chakras are energy centres in the subtle body that mediate the flow of life force (prana) between the physical body and higher levels of consciousness. In the classical system there are seven chakras, that can be activated and harmonised through meditation, breathing and physical techniques.

Seventh Chakra – Sahasrara

It is located above the top of the head and is the highest of the seven chakras. It is considered the center of pure consciousness, the connection to higher levels of being and that which transcends us.
