Tremella, the snow mushroom of beauty
Tremella, also known as snow fungus (Tremella fuciformis), is an
edible mushroom with an unusual appearance. Its fruiting body is white to almost
translucent, smooth and shiny, forming wavy lobes resembling jelly, snow,
seaweed, or a tiny jellyfish. In China, it is known as Bai Mu Er, and you may
also encounter the name Yin Er. In Japanese, it is called Hakumokui, and in
English, you will find it under the names snow mushroom, snow fungus, white
jelly mushroom, or silver ear mushroom.
The history of tremella use dates back more than 2,000 years. It is
mentioned in traditional Chinese herbals and holds an exceptional position in
traditional approaches to body care, as well as in Asian gastronomy and beauty
culture. The legend of Yang Guifei, an imperial concubine from the Tang Dynasty,
is associated with tremella. She was considered one of the most beautiful women
of her time, and it is said that this mushroom was among her favourite
ingredients for beauty care.

From the perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine, tremella is associated
with the Lungs (Fei), Spleen (Pi), and Stomach (Wei). Traditionally, it relates

Method of use and recommended daily dose
Take 3 capsules once a day. For optimal use, we recommend taking the
capsules on an empty stomach.

- 20% – dual extract of chaga, standardised to a high content of
