Returns and Complaints
Oops! Did your parcel not arrive in good condition? Do you want to return an item? Did something go wrong?
Making a complaint with us is straightforward. You can easily send the parcel back to us.
TIP: You can prevent diffuser complaints with regular maintenance (cleaning and descaling). This usually resolves the issue yourself. Complaints due to contamination will not be accepted.
Internet Explorer is not supported. The form is optimised for modern and secure browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Safari, or Microsoft Edge. To submit a complaint or return an item, please use one of these browsers.

What to do if you receive damaged goods
If the shipping packaging is visibly damaged upon receipt of the consignment, we recommend not accepting the consignment from the carrier.
If you decide to accept the consignment despite the damaged packaging, draw up a damage report with the carrier's driver (or note the damage in the handover protocol) and, if possible, take photographs of the damaged packaging and consignment.
If the shipping packaging is intact, but upon unpacking you find that one of the products is damaged, follow the instructions above in the Complaints section.
