Multiple spikenards
Our nard essential oils are extracted from the same plant species (Nardostachys jatamansi) but different varieties. They show similar effects, but differ slightly in scent. The essential oil of spikenard has a stronger woodiness, green spikenard has warmer notes and blue spikenard is fresher.

Methods of use
Inhalation
Add three to five drops of essential oil to a diffuser or inhalation stick.
Skin and body care
Massage the serum of three to five drops of essential oil and 30 ml of cosmetic oil gently into the skin or skin, or perform a full-body massage.
Bath
Thoroughly mix three to five drops of essential oil and three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap into the water-filled bath.
