Multiple spikenards
Our nard essential oils are extracted from the same plant species (Nardostachys jatamansi) but different varieties. They show similar effects, but differ slightly in scent. The essential oil of nard has a stronger woodiness, green nard has warmer notes and blue nard is fresher.

Methods of use
Inhalation
Add three to five drops of essential oil to a diffuser or inhalation stick.
Skin and body care
Gently massage the serum of three to five drops of essential oil and 30 ml of cosmetic oil into the skin or scalp, or perform a full-body massage.
Bath
Thoroughly mix five drops of essential oil and three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap into a tub filled with water.
