Hyaluronic Acid – the fascinating „molecule of youth“ and deep hydration

Hyaluronic acid is a substance naturally occurring in the human body, especially in the skin, joints, and vitreous humour of the eye. Its main function is to maintain hydration. It binds water, capable of binding up to a thousand times its weight.

Thanks to this ability, it is highly valued in pharmacy, medicine, and also in cosmetics. It penetrates into the deeper layers of the skin, hydrating it, improving elasticity, filling fine lines, and leaving the skin soft and fresh. It maintains an optimal level of hydration and tone day and night. Because it is native to the body, even sensitive skin tolerates it well.

Hyaluronic acid was discovered by Karl Meyer and John Palmer in 1934. Today, it is produced by a biotechnological fermentation process.

In this cream, we use low molecular weight hyaluronic acid. Compared to its high molecular weight form, it penetrates the skin barrier more easily and retains thousands of times more water than its own weight. Thanks to these extraordinary properties, it helps reduce fine lines and wrinkles.

Apply a small amount of cream to cleansed and moistened skin.

Recommended procedure for perfect results:

• Cleanse your skin. You will achieve a great effect using a konjac sponge with bamboo charcoal. If you have make-up, first remove it with BEWIT Cleanser.
