Coriander versus cilantro
In English articles on the use of coriander as an herb and essential oil, you
may notice a difference between the terms „coriander“ and „cilantro“.
The first refers to the seeds, the second refers to the leaves of the same
plant. The essential oils from the leaves and seeds have similar effects, but
differ slightly in scent. The oil from the leaves is more reminiscent of the
citrus aroma of the herb itself, the oil from the seeds is sweeter and

Inhalation
Put 3–5 drops of essential oil into the diffuser or inhalation stick.
Bath
Thoroughly mix five drops of essential oil and three tablespoons of cream,
honey or liquid soap into a tub filled with water.
Massage
Gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body with a mixture of
3–5 drops of essential oil and 30 ml of carrier oil.

Coriandrul este condimentul pe care-l folosesc cel mai des în mâncărurile
scăzute, mai ales cu leguminoase. Sunt fericită și recunoscătoare că acest
ulei de coroandru miroase ca coriandrul binecunoscut de mine. Mulțumesc!
Az állandó gyomorproblémáink miatt rendeltem ezt az olajat, nem érdekelt
az illata, csak az, hogy legyen jó hatása. Mikor először beleszagoltam
nagyon meglepődtem, mert nagyon kellemes illata van. Izgalmas, parfümként is
tökéletes. Azóta használom párologtatóba is, meg a csuklómra csöppentve
is rendszeresen. Egyszerre izgató és nyugtató, nagyon szeretem, egyik
kedvencem.
Tento olej som si kúpila kvôli receptu z bewit príručky na masážny
olej na detskú koliku (3 kvapky eo fenykel, 3 kvapky eo koriander a 30ml
nosného oleja). Čo ma ale nesmierne prekvapilo, je jeho úžasná vôňa.
Nikdy by ma nenapadlo, že koriander takto krásne vonia. Určite odporúčam
vyskúšať a budete z neho tak príjemne prekvapený ako ja :-). A čo sa
týka tej zmesi na koliku – áno pomáha pri kŕčoch z nadúvania a už
samotná masáž bruška v kombinácii s tou príjemnou vôňou deti upokojí.

Dzień dobry! Muszę przyznać, że zapach kolendry z dyfuzora bardzo mile
mnie zaskoczył i stanowczo bardziej lubię jej zapach z dyfuzora niż wtedy,
kiedy dodawałam listki kolendry do soku wielowarzywnego! Jej smak był dla mnie
zbyt intensywny i przebijająco- słodkawy a zapach jest rewelacyjny i bez
porównania. Mogę go wdychać bez problemu! To jest moje odczucie, bo być
może wielu osobom smakuje kolendra- ja jednak zdecydowanie wolę jej zapach! W
razie problemu trawiennego dam sobie po prostu kropelkę do kapsułki i mój
smakowy problem nie będzie już istnieć! Super!!!
Nagyon meglepett, hogy milyen kellemes az illata, mert magát a koriander
növényt nem szeretem, de így illóolaj formájában nagyon tetszik, és
megnyugtató. A galvánáramos állapotfelmérő gép is ezt ajánlotta, azóta
is örömmel használom és nagyon szeretem az illatát!
