Methods of use

Inhalation

Add three to five drops of essential oil to a diffuser or inhalation stick.

Massage

Gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body with a mixture of five drops of essential oil and 30 ml of carrier oil.

Poultice

Mix one drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil, rub the chest area, apply a moist and impermeable layer, and leave on.
