Drip 3–5 drops of the essential blend into the diffuser or inhalation stick.

Massage

Mix one drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil and gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body.

Pri plnení kapsuliek pre mamku sa mi dostal olejíček na ruky. Tak ma prekvapila vôňa. Pre mňa veľmi príjemná. Natrela som si ruky a dýchala až do zaspatia. Neviem, či to bolo santalové drevo, čo mi tak dobre voňalo. Mamka pri zhoršení problémov s trávením používala zápar puškvorca, teraz bude mať aj novú alternatívu.

Své první olejíčky jsem vybírala spíše namátkově a intuitivně a jak se ukázalo, zde to byla trefa do černého nebo spíše „trefa do citronového“. Vůně mě uchvátila! A protože se po covidu nějak nemohu zbavit kašle, řekla jsem si, že pomoc je Help! Do dvou polévkových lžic araganového oleje jsem přidala 2 kapky EO a před spaním nanesla na hrudník. Nevím, jestli olejíček pomáhá proti kašli, ale mě krásně uklidnil, takže jsem díky příjemné vůni spala jako miminko a vůbec nekašlala.Rozhodně doporučuji vyzkoušet pro příjemnou pohodu, dobrou náladu a uklidnění!
