Inhalation
Drip 3–5 drops of the essential blend into the diffuser or inhalation stick.
Bath
Mix 3–5 drops of the essential blend with three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap, stir into a water-filled bath.
Massage
Mix one drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil and gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body.

EO H PLUS mně okouzlil svou vůni. Koupila jsem ho podle příručky. Zaujal mně text „Podpora vlastní tvorby dusíku. Nejsilnější antioxidant“. Zdraví je pro mně důležité. Vyrobila jsem si Rollon lahvičku a Inhalátor. Nosím je sebou, když mám pocit slabosti, nebo únavy, namažu si zátylek, pupik, spánky, za ušima a občas i obličej. Podle toho, jak mi to situace dovolí, řídím se intuicí. Inhalují několikrát denně s inhalační tyčinky, nebo z dlaní. Doma kápnu do difuzéru. Účinkuje celkem rychle. Doporučují a děkují Bewit za další úžasný olejíček.

Ak na mňa príde pocit úzkosti a ťažko sa mi vtedy dýcha, siaham po tomto oleji. Zaberá úžasne. Pomáha mi v stresových situáciách. Je to môj obľúbenec.

Naprosto úžasný výrobek!!!! Mám poruchu srážení krve a při delší cestách letadlem bych si měla injekčně aplikovat heparin, abych předešla případným trombotickým stavům. Ovšem při posledním letu, který trval 9,5 hodin jsem místo heparinu použila tento výrobek a výsledek byl naprosto úžasný. Užila jsem ho vnitřně (jednu kapku do kapsle) před letem a pak jsem ho ještě smíchala s nosným olejem (MCT olej) a namazala jsem si s ním lýtka pod kompresními punčochami. Během letu se mi nedostavilo žádné tvrdnutí nohou, ani natékání, prostě žádné stavy, které se lidem s obdobnou poruchou standardně při dlouhém sezení dějí. Naprosto geniální výrobek! Troufla bych si s ním letět klidně až do Japonska bez strachu o svoje zdraví.

Tento olej zatím „testuju“, ale dám vždy na čichový vjem a ten je příjemný. Koupila jsem spolu s O2 max jako vzájemný doplněk. Budu ráda za víc recenzí zkušeností s užíváním.

Za mna jeden z najlepsich olejov ked sa potrebujete dusevne ocistit, uzemnit. Funguje okamzite. Na chut mu prisiel i manzel ktoremu tiez velmi pomohol. Davam ho i 4 rocnej dcere na ukludnenie. Cudujem sa ze nema ziadne hodnotenie, pretoze je to naozaj vyborny olej a kupila som ho len intuitivne a vyplatilo sa.
