Methods of use

Inhalation

Put 3–5 drops of the essential blend into the diffuser or inhalation stick.

Massage

Mix one drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil and gently massage the soles of the feet, the lower abdomen or the whole body.

Bath

Mix 3–5 drops of the essential blend with three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap, and stir into a water-filled bath.

BEWIT Epsomská sůl

Epsomská sůl je tak krásně mnohostranná. Miluji z ní dělat sůl do koupele nebo tělový peeling. V pěkné skleničce s popsáním účinků jak soli, tak i EO a dalších přísad je to nádherný dárek nejen pro ženy. Přidávám buď olej mandlový, kokosový, meruňkový nebo olivový. Hodně jsem s toto solí experimentovala a můj momentální favorit je kombinace sůl + kakaový prášek + EO červený pomeranč – pokožka je po tomto peelingu nádherně jemná ještě spoustu dní. Také kombinace sůl + spirulina v prášku + EO 33 je velice blahodárná a po takové koupeli se člověk cítí jako znovuzrozený. Nemluvě o kombinaci sůl + kurkuma + nopa – dvě lžičky do lázně s teplou vodou ponořit nohy a bolesti po celodenním stání jsou fuč. A velké překvapení je kombinace sůl + Jahoda lyofilizovaná + EO GUR – relaxační koupel s touto solí doporučuji opravdu každé ženě. Nebojte se s tímto jedinečným produktem experimentovat. Nápadům se meze nekladou a Vaše tělo i Vaše pokožka Vám bude opravdu vděčné!

Aplic gur in fiecare dimineata, de o saptamana, pentru protectie, în zona ovarelor, pentru ca a venit frigul brusc si am simt o energizare specifica, in aceasta zona. Simt rafinarea energiilor la acest nivel.

Kúpila som si Gur vzorku na skúšku, kvôli recenziám tu aj od švagrinej práve pri problémoch s močovými cestami a gynekologickými výtokmi po návšteve bazénov napríklad. Zatiaľ som nebola nútená ho vyskúšať, no verím, že pomôže aj mne keď toľko žien s ním má takú pozitívnu skúsenosť.

Přidávám další chválu na mou milovanou Nopičku. Nedávno jsem byla na celodenní akci, která se konala v nevytopeném sále. Odpoledne jsem začala pociťovat jasné příznaky začínajícího zánětu močového měchýře. Neměla jsem s sebou nic jiného než Nopu, kterou nosím všude a ani jsem nemohla odejít. Zkusila jsem tedy pár kapiček Nopy vnitřně a asi za půl hodiny byly všechny potíže pryč. Doma jsem si ještě dávala několikrát Gur na podbřišek a byl klid. Od té doby používám Nopu na bolesti vždy zároveň zevně a i 1–2 kapičky vnitřně. Osvědčilo se mi to.
