Methods of use

Inhalation

Drip 3 – 5 drops of essential oil into the diffuser or inhalation stick.

Skin and body care

Massage the serum of 5 drops of essential oil and 30 ml of cosmetic oil gently into the skin or scalp, or perform a full body massage.

Poultice

Mix 3–5 drops of essential oil with 30 ml of carrier oil, rub the area of discomfort, apply a moist and impermeable layer and leave on.

Drmek obyčajný – Vitex jahňací som si objednala hneď, ako som zistila že je v ponuke Bewit. Zatiaľ len 5 ml na vyskúšanie. Ale teda prekvapenie poriadne, pre ženy po päťdesiatke má úžasné harmonické účinky, funguje skvele a okamžite. V ďalšej mojej objednávke už figuruje 15 ml fľaštička a môj manžel sa teší tiež.

Acest ulei esențial mi-a atras atenția deoarece, la un moment dat, într-o perioadă de dezechilibre hormonale specific feminine făcusem cunoștință cu planta de Vitex Agnus Castus , cunoscută în fitoterapie ca aliat în echilibrul hormonal feminin. Utilizez acest ulei în perioada menstruală, aplicat topic pe abdomen și piept, dar și cosmetic, picurat în crema pentru ten .
