Methods of use

Inhalation

Drip 3 – 5 drops of essential oil into the diffuser or inhalation stick.

Bath

Mix 3–5 drops of essential oil and three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap thoroughly into the water-filled bath.

Seasoning of dishes

Just dip the tip of the toothpick in essential oil and stir it in 20 ml of vegetable oil (e.g. sunflower oil). Add a few drops of this mixture to the finished dish.

gatesc mult folosind uleiurile esentiale, azi am prajit paine cu ou, am folosit si laptele de cocos si o picatura de ulei de marar, nu va pot explica ce bine mirosea in bucatarie cand am terminat, si nici gustul delicios al bucatelor rezultate, musai sa incercati!!! am terminat si uleiul de floarea soarelui, deci abia astept urmatoarea comanda

Elsősorban salátaolaj készítéséhez vettem, de közben rájöttem, hogy szuper helyettesítője lehet pocak problémáknál az édesköménynek (ami számomra túl intenzív édes illat). Íze illata: pikáns mentás édes fűszeres. Segíti a tanulást, izomfájdalmakra is hatásos és hasnyálmirigyre gyakorolt kedvező hatását is kihasználom belsőleges fogyasztással (salátákra).

Alapból is imádjuk a kaprot, minden formájában. Van egy Isteni finom salátám, ezt úgymond én magam állítottam össze sok évvel ezelőtt, persze van több is, amiket készítek, de ez a legfinomabb. Füstölt sajt benne a lényeg és a kapor. Ez a kombó valami csoda ízvilágot ad ennek az ételnek. Mivel sonkát is tartalmaz, simán ehetjük előételként, de köretnek is kiváló. A kaprot ízlés szerint kell hozzátenni, nem rontja el akkor sem, ha picit intenzívebben érzik az íze. (plusz uborka, retek, kukorica és tejfölös-majonézes az alapmártás). Több barátom, ismerősöm van, akik nem szeretik a kapor ízét, de ennek ellenére, ezt a salátát imádják!
