Preparation instructions

Drink

Thoroughly mix 50 g (approx. 4 heaped tablespoons) of protein powder with 300 ml of warm water or warm plant-based milk in a shaker.

Porridge

Thoroughly mix 50 g (approx. 4 heaped tablespoons) of protein powder with 150 ml of warm water or warm plant-based milk in a large bowl.* Garnish the porridge with fresh fruit, nuts, or seeds.

*You can adjust the thickness of the porridge by varying the amount of water added.

Recommended dosage

1–2 servings per day*

*1 serving = 50 g powder (approx. 4 heaped tablespoons)

Proteiny od Bewitu jsou naprosto famózní a jiné už doma nechceme. Překvapila mě jejich lahodná chuť, která není vůbec cítit něčím umělým, jako to je u proteinů od konkurence. Je super s mlékem, tvarohem… prostě kamkoliv ho přidám, chutná mi to. Dokonce jsem zbytky stírala po stranách shakeru stěrkou, aby nic nepřišlo nazmar. Doporučuji všema deseti.

Tak já jsem koupila rovnou velké balení a dobře jsem udělala. Chutná báječně, hned jsem si vyrobila nápoj i muž ho chválí a to je co říct. Pro vnučku, která je vybíravá, jsem část odebrala do šroubovací sklenice a promíchala jsem s hrubě nadrcenýma mrazem sušenýma jahodami. Pro zájemce o hubnutí, tento nápoj je zdravé mlsání a zasytí vás.

Dragilor, ma simt in al noua-lea cer! Am descoperit, în sfarsit, o gustare super hranitoare, si foarte delicioasa, pentru zilele în care aleg sa nu gatesc. Ador acest gen de masa, in care ma bucur de proteine, fibre, tot felul de pudre despre care citisem ca sunt sanatoase, dar nu stiam cum sa le consum cu placere. Super idee de gustare ! Toto je najlepší vegánsky proteín aký som kedy mala a priznám sa objednala som ho len “do počtu” lebo po skúsenostiach s veganskými proteinmi, som naozaj nemala žiadne vysoké očakávania, úprimne tie čo som doteraz mala (resp ich ešte mám a zachvíľu asi pôjdu do koša) sa nedali piť. Tento chutí sám o sebe, už na prvé ochutnanie, na lyžičku top chuť.. teda určite ho budem kľudne používať ako topping na kaše, ovocie a pod. Veľmi sa mi páči, že je sladený s trstinovou šťavou, lebo nesladim a ked uz tak max jaggery) ale je vo variante aj so stéviou a je viac rôznych príchutí, ktoré tiež určite vyskúšam. Páči sa mi, že má v sebe veľa superfoods ako napríklad baobab, rakytník, camu camu, reishi a veľa iných. Má to jednu nevýhodu, objednala som male balenie – co bola chyba, rovno treba brat veľké balenia.
