Preparation instructions

Drink

In a shaker, thoroughly mix 50 g (approx. 4 heaped tablespoons) of protein powder with 300 ml of warm water or warm plant-based milk.

Porridge

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix 50 g (approx. 4 heaped tablespoons) of protein powder with 150 ml of warm water or warm plant-based milk.* Decorate the porridge with fresh fruit, nuts, or seeds.

*You can adjust the consistency of the porridge by varying the amount of water added.

Recommended dosage

1–2 servings daily*

*1 serving = 50 g powder (approx. 4 heaped tablespoons)

Warning

Toto je naozaj vydareny produkt, co sa tyka ako po chutovej stranke (velmi prijemna nasladla a osviezujuca), tak i po stranke vyzivovej ako rychla alternativa v pripade, ze cloveka prepadne hlad :) a potrebuje ho rychlo niecim zahnat. Prekvapilo ma jeho tzv.nakopnutie energiou, pocit prijemneho zasytenia na dlhu dobu a zaroven vedomie, ze som dala do tela aj nieco naozaj zdrave a plne vyzivnych latok. Ochutnala som aj dalsi produkt z tejto rady, a to Prawtein Drink strawberry and mango so steviou, a tiez musim povedat, ze bol vyborny, akurat v chuti viac sviezi akoby po jahodach a zdal sa byt o trosku akoby menej sladky. Co sa tyka konzistencie po namiesani, tak to bolo pre mna velmi prijemne prekvapenie, kedze prasok sa rychlo dal rozmiesat aj lyzicou bez mixera bez nejakych plavajucich hrudiek na povrchu a konzistencne pripominal naozaj smoothie. Urcite ochutnam aj dalsie prawteinovy napoje od Bewitu :) a budem sa k nim vracat aj v buducnosti.
