Drip 3–5 drops of essential oil into the diffuser or inhalation stick.
Massage

Ak vás (často) trápia močové cesty, odporúčam už pri náznakoch potrieť chodidlá, nechať vsiaknuť a zabaliť nožky do teplých ponožiek (optimálne na noc). Vyskúšala som a pomohlo už po jednej aplikácii, ale naozaj bol to vyslovene začiatok diskomfortu s moč. cestami – tak či onak vyhla som sa užívaniu liekov. :)
