Legutóbb, munkahelyen volt éves személyes értékelésem és együtt használtam a Kommunikációs olajkeverékkel. Nagyon érdekesen hatottak: sokkal nyíltabb voltam és szókimondóbb és összeszedettebb. Ügyesen reagáltam le a vezetőim által felhozott kérdésekre a válaszaimat. Flottabbul jutottak eszembe saját védelmem érdekében alátámasztások. És még a leegyeztetett időponton túl is vonzottam egy újabb helyzetet másik vezetővel, akivel szintén hasonló forgatókönyvvel sikerült lezongoráznom egy hasznos nyílt beszélgetést, remélem tanulságokkal és fejlesztési lehetőségekkel, mert idáig még nem kaptam kézhez a „munkakönyvemet“. :-)
