Instructions for use

Add two teaspoons (5 g) of the ground extracts to your favourite dish.

To prepare the drink, add 1 teaspoon of crushed pomace to 250 ml of boiling water, leave to infuse for 5–10 minutes and then strain. Drink 2 times a day.

Black cumin extracts are intended for use in both cold and hot cooking, but higher temperatures can devalue the nutrients they contain.
