What is shungite
Shungite is a black matte stone with a natural carbon structure originating
from the Karelia region of Russia. This fossilized natural material from the
seabed has exceptional composition, properties and a wide range
of uses.
It is known for its ability to absorb radio and electromagnetic
radiation and purify negative energies. It activates and
enriches water, serving as a natural filter. It has strong
protective effects.
It is an extremely grounding stone, it is stated that it can
help to better integrate cosmic wisdom and karmic lessons because its
high vibration helps to bring your spiritual body down to the
physical plane.
Fullerenes, antioxidant, universal sorbent
Shungite is, by virtue of its structure mineraloid, a
nonporous polymineralic carbon rock that contains nearly half of the elements of
the periodic table.
It contains carbon in the unusual form of fullerenes. These
are the fourth known form of carbon after diamond, graphene and solid state and
have huge potential in many areas.
Shungite is the most powerful known antioxidant and also
universal sorbent. It binds heavy metals, ammonia, petroleum
products, pesticides, phenols, surfactants, chlorine and other substances.
History
It was named after its place of origin — the Karelian village of
Shunga on the shore of Lake Onega, where it was first discovered.
Northwest Russia is the largest and oldest source of shungite, with other
deposits reported in Austria, India, Kazakhstan and the Congo.
It has been used as a healing tool since the early 18th
century. Tsar Peter the Great established the first Russian baths in
Karelia and used the properties of shungite to purify drinking water for
the army.
In industry, shungite was initially used as a substitute for coal coke in
blast furnaces in the production of cast iron. Later, new valuable
properties were discovered – absorptive, bactericidal, catalytic,
redox or filtration properties.
These have enabled the use of shungite in various sectors of science,
industry and technology. For example, a number of new nanotechnological
materials have been developed on this basis. Especially in Russia, Norway,
Sweden and America it is used for treatment and purification of
water in wells, reservoirs or swimming pools and for the treatment of
wastewater from hospitals.
What is merkaba
The Merkaba is an ancient symbol formed by two interlocking tetrahedrons (two
intertwined pyramids) and represents the connection between the
spiritual and physical worlds. In traditional teachings, the merkaba is
used as a light energy field that surrounds the body and allows access to higher
planes of consciousness.
